Is there a free version?

No. Load'Em is a single paid product with a free trial at the start, rather than a stripped-down free tier. That keeps it free of ads and free of any need to sell data about your firearms.

What happens when the trial ends?

The subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial is up. You can cancel from wherever you subscribed: the App Store, Google Play, or the billing portal if you subscribed on the web.

Do I pay again on each device?

No. Sign in with the same account and your subscription follows you. If you subscribed on your phone and later install the Windows version, it is already unlocked.

What currency am I charged in?

Prices are shown in US dollars, excluding tax. VAT or GST is added at checkout where your local law requires it, and is shown before you pay. On the web, payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, on behalf of Elcolynx; they charge in your local currency where they can and handle the tax. On the app stores you are charged in your store account's currency.

What if I already had an account before this changed?

If you were using Load'Em before subscriptions were introduced, your account keeps full access for free, permanently. You do not need to do anything, and you will not be asked to pay.

Can I get a refund?
