Refund policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

We would rather give you your money back than have you stuck with software you do not want. This policy explains how to get a refund, and it differs depending on where you subscribed.

Subscribed on the web

Payments made on this site are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record. Their name, not ours, will appear on your statement.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment, for any reason. You do not need to explain yourself. Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, which is their buyer support portal.

After 14 days, a subscription can be cancelled at any time so that it does not renew, but the current period is not refunded by default. If something has gone genuinely wrong, such as the app not working on your device or a double charge, write to us anyway. We will sort it out.

Subscribed through the App Store

Apple handles billing and refunds for purchases made on iPhone, iPad or Mac. We cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscribed through Google Play

Google handles billing and refunds for purchases made on Android. Request one through your Google Play subscriptions page, or through Google Play support.

Free trials

If your subscription includes a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel in the same place you subscribed: the App Store, Google Play, or the billing portal link on your Paddle receipt.

Getting hold of us: [email protected]. We answer refund requests within two business days.
