These terms cover your use of Load'Em, published by Elcolynx (registration number 2025/620159/07) ("we", "us"), a private company registered in South Africa. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Load'Em is

Load'Em is a record-keeping and calculation tool for handloading, firearm records and ballistics. It is a notebook and a calculator, not an authority.

Safety. Load data you enter or calculate is yours, and we do not verify it. Handloading is inherently hazardous. Always cross-check every charge against current published data from the powder, bullet and primer manufacturers, and work up loads from a safe starting charge. Do not treat any number this app shows you as a substitute for a current published manual. You are responsible for what you load and fire.

Legal compliance is yours

Firearm ownership, licensing and record-keeping obligations differ by country and change over time. Load'Em's reminders and records are a convenience, not legal advice, and a reminder that fails to arrive does not excuse a missed deadline. You remain responsible for complying with the firearm laws that apply to you, including renewing licences on time.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us an email address you actually use, because that is how we reach you about billing and account matters. One account is for one person.

Subscriptions

Load'Em is sold as a subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Accounts created before subscriptions were introduced retain full access at no cost.

Your data

Your records are yours. You can export them as CSV, Excel or PDF at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Load'Em to break the law, do not attempt to attack or reverse-engineer the service, and do not resell access to it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
